The fitness aspects of SUP are phenomenal, you will soon notice your body changing and getting stronger but you will be having a heap fun doing it as well!  I have been doing it every morning since a month, before the wind picks up in the morning. I can totally feel a difference. I have more strength for kite surfing and I improved my core that is the base for any tricks in kite boarding.
